Why is Etiquette Important?

Etiquette is a way of communicating that cultivates confidence, while showing respect for yourself and others. It plays a key role in creating positive connections and feeling comfortable in any setting. Whether in professional or social situations, good etiquette helps us build meaningful relationships, adapt to different environments, and stay composed. By practicing thoughtful manners, we navigate life with grace.

A study conducted by the Center for Professional Excellence at York College of Pennsylvania found that 89% of employers surveyed considered "politeness, manners, and etiquette" to be significant factors in career advancement.
